Metal: Hellsinger Wins The Tin Pan Alley Game Music Award!
Hellsingers!
The Unknown may have lacked a voice but people have certainly heard her by now! We're honored to announce that we have won the Tin Pan Alley Award for Best Music in a Game from the New York Game Awards! The name of the award refers to a famous area in New York City where music publishers and songwriters set up shop in the late 1800s.
Metal: Hellsinger also recently won The Golden Joystick award for Best Audio and was nominated for Best Score and Music at The Game Awards and in the Steam Awards music category.
Thank you to Two Feathers, who crafted a thunderous score fit for the best artists in the world to perform. These two Swedish composers created the beating heart of the game and for that they deserve a place in hell's eternal hall of fame.
Thank you to all the artists who made the music sing, giving it a voice that could reach across the globe and every corner of the eight Hells.
And let's not forget all the individual developers who crafted the game, putting together many pieces into a savage whole that gave the music purpose and direction, and let players feel its power beneath their fingers as they tore through hell.
And finally, thank you to all of you, the Hellsingers! We wouldn't be here without you.
Rock on, Hellsingers!
