Major Visual Update (1.1.0)
Hey chummers and chooms,
The game has been updated to version 1.1.0! This is one of our biggest updates yet, bringing mostly visual improvements to enhance the immersion of your experience.
New Combat animations
With Alex's arsenal boasting over 40 cards, creating a custom animation for each proved a bit too ambitious for the release. However, with this update, we're adding nearly 20 new animations to her attacks and actions, including:
Adrenaline Surge
Backstab
Battle Frenzy
Careful Planning
Combat Stim
Death's Shadow
Flow
Focus
Kick
Monowire
Neurotoxin
Poison Blades
Pommel Hit
Risky Gamble
Sloppy Patch-Up
Slow Blade
Snakebite
Throwing Blades
Many enemy actions have also been enhanced with new VFX that were previously missing.
Caroline hub visual progression
When Alex and the crew plan their next heist aboard the Caroline, we’ve always felt the environment had room to enhance immersion and storytelling. With this update, the hub now evolves during each Intermission, visually reflecting the story's progress.
