Recent Fixes
Hey Anglers,As you may know, we've rolled out a series of hotfixes over the past few days. While we didn’t post an announcement for each one, here’s a quick summary on the fixes of the last two days:Resolved multiple crash and freeze issues — and we’re happy to hear from many of you that the fixes are working!Fixed an issue where Saltwater Poppers incorrectly had durability — they now behave like all other lures and no longer wear out.Corrected a rendering issue with ocean dynamic water in high quality on macOS.We're still working on the black screen issue in Photo Mode and the one where large fish can get stuck during the final few meters of reeling. We’ve made good progress and expect to have those resolved soon.
Compensations
We truly appreciate your patience and support during this time. Now that the system has stabilized, we want to offer a token of thanks to our amazing community with the following compensations:
Players who purchased Chamaeleon Cruiser Pack or Atoll Scout Pack in the period from the release on June 18th until the crashes were fixed on June 24, will receive additional 7 days of pond pass to Noomaa Kuda Atholhu, Maldives, Advanced License and Premium.Players, who had any other packs with Premium or Premium account itself during this period, will receive additional 3 days of Premium. They will be added automatically when you log in from Friday, June 27 at 00:00 AM UTC until Monday, June 30 at 00:00 AM UTC.All the other players, including those from the second group will receive 24 hours of pond pass to Noomaa Kuda Atholhu, Maldives, Advanced License and 44 000 credits for their trip to the location, - available to claim by logging in between Friday, June 27 at 00:00 AM UTC and Monday, June 30 at 00:00 AM UTC.Please, be aware that you need to log into the game during this weekend period to receive your access to Maldives!We’re incredibly grateful for your continued support, especially to those who purchase DLC packs right after major releases — even knowing there might be early issues.
