Known Issue: Rhinoceros Beetle Kart Hitbox
Hey Racers,
We have verified that there is an error with the hitbox of Rhinoceros Beetle Kart, which was being given as a reward from the current Twitch Drops Campaign.
We apologize for the late discovery of this issue that may have impacted your racing performance.
1. We have detected an issue where the collision of the Rhinoceros Beetle Kart is different than how it's displayed visually.
The Rhinoceros Beetle Kart was released as a reward from the new Twitch Drops campaign that started on June 28. We noticed that the Kart is colliding with other objects in a different way compared to what the visual modeling shows.

2. The cause of the issue was that the hitbox of Rhinoceros Beetle Kart did not contain the modeling.
The hitbox of every Kart body is designed to include the modeling of the Kart as much as possible. However, we found that the modeling of the Rhinoceros Beetle Kart has not been included in the hitbox.
Please check the (Example 2) image below. Since the hitbox has been applied as (Example 2), this led to the collision with other objects that were not intended (as seen in Example 1).

3. When and how to fix the current hitbox
We will adjust the hitbox of the Rhinoceros Beetle Kart as below when Season 3 starts.

* Please note that it is still being adjusted for the best performance, and the final version will be implemented as part of the Season 3 update.
4. Upcoming Rewards
We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this issue may have caused to the Racers since this could have affected your racing performance. As announced, we will continue to focus on the development of the hitbox for new Karts in the future, by including the modeling of the Kart as much as possible.
We will make sure to prevent the recurrence of this issue and any future bug fix related to racing performance will be announced in detail within this notice.
Also, we will reset the upgrade and refund the Lucci consumed for the upgrade of the Rhinoceros Beetle Kart.
