Fixed being able to spam calling and cancelling tow trucks
Fixed an issue with underglow lights being on visually but not actually activated, causing fines to be invalid

Fixed missing Multiplayer Data Privacy Agreement Pop-Up
Fixed a faulty option to cancel the call of a tow truck
