Gameplay

Softblocking by cancelling the construction of the Main district in colonies is not possible now (If you've experienced this issue, please load a save state from before establishing the colony. All later saves will continue to crash.)
Fixed infinite affinity loop exploit upon cancelling district construction after one was started
Fixed modifiers not being applied properly to newly constructed districts and buildings when loading save files from previous patches
Fixed cancelling deconstruction of buildings which are being destroyed by factions

Interface

Redundant 'Cancel research' tooltip will no longer be visible in Idea Tree on the ongoing research preview in the top left corner of the screen
Improved ability cooldown visibility in dark mode
Moved the faction formation button to a more visible spot
Fixed district outlines disappearing when some conditions were met
Fixed Expansion ambition being different for Utopia Builder legacy maps
Fixed Dark mode prompt from being partially visible in the settings menu

Fixed delegates duplicating and A-posing in the Council seats upon forming a new faction
Optimized very low and low graphic settings
