Reworked Projectiles AOE system. Directly hit players no longer receive AOE damage (Bomb launcher is an exception to this rule)
Reduced Anti sail Player damage from 60 -> 40
Due to AOE change increase Shoulder cannon direct hit damage 60 -> 97
Anti sail no longer does any hull damage
Bug Fixes
Melee block no longer affects team mates
Friendly projectiles no longer stop team mates from sprinting
Fix main menu wind direction
Fix mid game joining allowing more than 2 players on a sloop
Fix kill card weapon kill info
Other Changes
Reversed the weapon order in Gun Game (bottle is still last)
Disabled Voice chat till further notice
