Big chunky update to finish off the year!
Hey everyone!
We couldn't finish the year off without putting out another big update, so... that's what we've done!
We're at the point now where the game is getting nice and stable, so we've been thinking a lot about what new content can go in. In fact, new content is already being created!
We have so many wide-ranging, ridiculous ideas, some that are nice little additions, and others that completely change elements of the game for the better. Lots of end-game content ideas too that we think will be a hit. It's likely that Spirittea will look quite different a year from now, if our plans are anything to go by! Here's a little sneak peek of something we've been working on:
Anyway, update 1.5.6 is now LIVE! Here's the list:
Pumpkins will now grow all year round!
New UI elements for the Spirits section of the in-game menu
New UI elements for the Collections section of the in-game menu
New UI elements for the Friendships section of the in-game menu
New button prompts for when an item can be used
The Queen figurine is now easier to get
Fixed a bunch of NPC pathing issues
Fixed some more bathhouse weirdness
The snowmen quest is fixed for those people who were encountering some weirdness
Figurines can now be sold for more Moolags
Fixed Eric's quest, where he'd stand next to the restaurant for some reason
NPCs will follow you slightly better now
NPCs hobbies no longer show as "1" in the notebook
Seaweed isn't called "seaweed soup" in the shop anymore
You don't lose your bike when you get hit by a snowball anymore
You can't pass through the bridge on the east side of town anymore
Fixed the bath monkeys. Stupid monkeys
Swapped two of the dig sites that were incorrectly interchanged
DEFINITELY fixed Sujin's quest this time
Fixed NPCs being missing or stuck during Meet the Townsfolk
Made 2 of the books purchaseable more than once in the shop
Loads of other stuff
