Beta patch update:
Someone reporting the peace proposal actually not working, I fixed that by increasing the pacification value when you accept. Also removed any hostile waves en-route.

prevented harbor buildings from spawning in the maw
hostile attack armies get set to friendly when peace breaks out
hostile attacking armies get scheduled for despawn when peace breaks out
reduction of anger towards your faction increased when peace breaks out
Increased the spawn rate of random wildlife (fishes and sarks where missing)
I believe these are the missing changes from the previous beta that got pushed live. Been a bit busy with a secret project, hence those went missing:
prevented combat around anomalies from being undecided/unfinished due to enemies being stuck underwater
prevented combat around anomalies from being undecided/unfinished due to the battlegroup being stuck at exactly 0 health.
prevented the turrets on freebooter units from being replaced with generic point defense weapons
reduced the target leading to improve short range point-defense accuracy
