We meet again for the update of BattleCore Arena to version 0.3.2.2 !
In this update: technical changes, some gameplay changes, and even a more beautiful arena than before. Let's do this!
Upgrade to Unreal Engine 4.21.2
That's a big piece we have here. Until now, BattleCore Arena has been using version 4.13 of the Unreal Engine. The switch to 4.21 allows us to optimize the game's operation, reduce future development times, fix some recalcitrant bugs and improve graphics. Just that!
Graphic design
The Trinity Island arena has been significantly improved graphically! We hope you will enjoy it! ːsteamhappyː

The death zone on all the arenas of the game has also been redesigned.
Balancing
The shield no longer regenerates after a few seconds. It’s time to stop hiding, and get the shield bonuses instead!
The fire rate has been increased. It goes from 9 projectiles per second to 11 projectiles per second. Dynamism, for heaven's sake!
As a result, each projectile inflicts a little less damage to the shields and projects a little less far.
As an other result, artificial intelligences have also been recalibrated.
Slight change in gravity control: it no longer blocks rotation if you are in the air, making landings more fluid.
In-game interface
A visual effect is applied to your reticle when you succeed in hitting an enemy with one of your shots, for greater readability.
The target on the enemies within Blast's range has been redesigned.
In the scores, the "Regeneration" category was deleted, since it was no longer used.
New Core
A new core is available in this update: the barbed wire core.
Bug fixes
The camera no longer vibrates in play, as it sometimes did.
A few minor bugs, here and there.
