Almost two years later, Dark and Darker Season 6 finally lets you play PvE
Rust, Elden Ring, World of Warcraft - if you want to beat the heck out of an opponent in PvP, there are plenty of options. But sometimes the world needs healing. Sometimes we all just need to band together and get along. Last Epoch is a great PvE RPG. Despite its recent tribulations, Path of Exile 2 is a good co-op adventure, too. But when it comes to Dark and Darker, the esoteric 'extraction RPG' by Ironmace, historically, you've either had to kill other players or not play at all - until now, that is. Dark and Darker Season 6 has just entered early access, and it introduces a new mode that is designed entirely around PvE.
