Fixed roll saved and executed on next jump if landed from a 360 reverse vault into a precision Landing
Removed sliding head trace to make sliding easier (More like before the sliding update)
Updated K&M inputs for Gainers (Now using the key 'G' instead of Spacebar)
Updated K&M controls for Gainers in the controls UI
Fixed not being able to respawn while hopping/climbing on a vaultable wall
Fixed not being able to respawn while hanging on a ledge occasionally
Fixed cinematic mode triggering for host in CTF/Tag/TB in specific cases (This should fix the cinematic bug FOR GOOD)
