People seem to not understand the fact that each DLC has a future release date. You don't get them right away unless they were already released. Look at others review post dates. Some are posted well before the release date of a pack or even a day before it was even released.
I bought the season pass yesterday (October 2nd) and have no issues whatsoever with packs missing at all. Everything is there except future released packs.
Besides that, love the packs so far. I just wish the animations of the football, apple, etc weren't exclusive to certain characters. Pat and his punt of the football. Carlito biting an apple and spitting it. If you try with other characters, all you can do is punch them with your fist while holding it or actually throw it with throw weapon and that's about it. That's the only downside I see of the packs really.
