The movement is EXCELLENT.
Bunnyhopping and sliding through levels at max speed, cycling through to the right weapon on instinct, and backflip-stomping on dem demons make for a fun, fast-paced experience.
Learning the levels, and mastering the movements to chase the Ace medals reminded me a lot of Neon White in the best way possible.
I do have a few nitpicks though:
The biggest problem I faced was the confusing map designs. Most of the time you can instinctively proceed through the level, but often enough I found myself confused as to where to go next. Some more obvious waypointers would have been appreciated.
The demons should have different colours. Again, for playing the levels more instinctively, recognizing enemies faster is key to swapping to the right weapon. That's not a problem when playing a level over and over again but for the first few times, it would have been better.
The environment/maps look too similar. There are 180 base levels and even more bonus levels so either there should have been fewer, more quality levels or more variety in the levels and environments because in the menu i can never recall what that specific level is while with other games it's easy.
