I enjoyed this game, although there aren't that many decent pool slides you can build so they should probably call it Swimming Pool Story instead - except no-one would buy it then.
Difficulty wise, it's pitched really well and you don't get the usual Kairobot additional 28 hour grind to unlock him.
Basically, build pools and people come to your park and ask you to meet certain requests like "I'd like to swim in a red pool that smells of berries and is 18 celsius or less". So you dump a lot of strawberries and ice cubes into the basic pool which changes it's colour, gives it a scent and makes it colder. Then you get a reward that helps improve your park. There are seasons in the game, so you'll need to dump hot kettle water into your outdoor pools in winter and ice cubes in summer otherwise the visitors get out rather quickly rather than spending money in your food and item stores. Although it's not very harsh with that so you won't lose if you forget to do that.
You can create recepies for the stalls in your park, which I'd recommend you look at the Kairosoft WIki for rather than throwing stuff into a pot to see what happens. You can dress the visitors up in different types of swimming costume and give them certain floats, but I only bothered doing that if they requested it.
Is it 100% completible ?
Yes - I did it in 12 hours, but I needed to watch a youtube video on how to make a rainbow pool for one of the achievements.
Overall it's a fun game which I didn't ever feel bored doing (cough, Zoo Story) so I would give this a thumbs up. As always, wait for it to go on sale first, which Kairosoft games seem to do on a regular basis. Because why pay more if you can wait a week or two and get it cheaper ?
