I have become very fixated on pinball games the last few months now, and I have slowly been building up my pinball tables in FX, I finally bought this one during the summer sale. I saw mix reviews and some times it's either the vibe or the feel of a pinball table some people don't like. I enjoy a lot of the tables that either are mixed or negative reviews. It's all preference.
This one just wasn't it for me, the table feels small just a few small ramps with some of the slimes that get in your way. I saw one review say something about it have rhythm aspect to the table with the flips to get higher score but not needed at all if you just want to spam you don't get punished in anyway so it can just be ignored. Cool idea to try and mimic or put an aspect of the Necrodancer into a pinball game I give them that for at least trying something different.
But unless you want to collect all of the tables, I don't think I can recommend this table unless you REALLY like Crypt of the NecroDancer. Even then get it on sale, a single table that's okay at bet it not worth the 5 dollars You can get a lot better pinball tables for that same price.

A rhythm pinball table, unfortunately all ramps. You're supposed to hit lanes to the beat, with hitting the flipper being the deciding factor for landing the beat. Instead of losing balls, there's a weird health meter, where 1 HP = 1 ball, but you only lose HP if you let the beat meter reach zero, so it's like a perma ballsave. The meter is decreased by losing the ball, but you can increase the meter by hitting flashing lanes to the beat. In fact with high enough meter even multiballs are saved (which you have basically all the time). Honestly, thank god for this mechanic, because the 2nd digging toy in the center is a death trap, always sends the ball exactly down the middle.
As for the table itself, like I said, it's all ramps, with occasional monsters moving around on the table for you to hit. Not very exciting, but all the lanes are easy to hit. Feels good combos. The fun part is the mini-table. It's a versus pinball table, where there's flippers on top side too for the boss to use. You need to make the ball drain on the boss's side in order to win. Really cool.
