let me give you some advice, stay far away from amazon games.. the game itself is ok, but everything around it is terrible. bought base game around launch, was unplayable trash. then tried or came back in spurts as the did work, every time its lines for hours to log in cause too many players so the make a couple new, then a few week later its dead and they are deleting and merging servers cause they are too empty, this xpac is THIN, and really only adds mounts and a small quest line, but i wont even complain a rip off as 30 isnt bad and its a mmo (well was) with no monthly fee, just make no mistake your paying 30 for the ability to use mounts. lets see they charge 50-100% more per season pass than most to all other games that have such a model, and the cosmetics are on the high end of the spectrum (20 to 30s, for armor skins set etc). oh they added controller support.. and the ability to by accident right click and delete a controller key bind (never says you can and there is no button, but if you clicked anywhere near the bind it deleted it), but they did not add the ability to undo that or do any sort of controller key binds. which left me on with customer support all day, mind you i said after 5 mins that it was pointless as no ability to set binds, and no hard reset on their end or mine meant i was screwed, they insisted nooooo, but after hours they said they could not help me cause we cant set key binds yet, you know what i said putting in the report and after the first 5 mins of "help"... they constantly delay content that is thread bare often even after they are "done", and now they are changing it from MMO to online coop adventure thus giving a last middle finger to the mmo fans, the majority of the people who kept them afloat in spite of the awful way its run and constant failures.. but the core game is ok... take that for what it is
