Ебаные дебилы зачем-то переделали скейлинг в НГ+ и добавили сложности, зачем? Это сильно сломало игру, особенно на моём НГ+4. Сделали нормально на релизе и зачем-то решили покрутить ползунки, потому что одни жалуются, мол, слишком легко, другие жалуются что сложно (классика). Сделали хуйню в итоге, азиаты не умеют балансить - это факт. Было максимально близко к формуле Дарк Соулс, в итоге непонятно что получилось. Понятное дело, что в такой игре как Звёздные войны (которые соулслайк) есть выбор сложности, потому что это популярная франшиза и там это реально нужно. Но там максимальная сложность честная - ты ваншотаешь и тебя вашнотают. А тут? Ну, бля, вот собачка с 2 кусей тебя хавает, норм. Обычные крипы подтянуты тоже и с 2-3 ударов умираешь, хотя в основной игре по-другому (но и там тоже сделали ХУЙНЮ приближенную к этому). В целом зачем что-то нерфить или усложнять в ПВЕ игре, я никогда не пойму.
Если действительно кому-то это надо - для этого существуют МОДЫ. Идите, качайте, устанавливайте, подвешивайте себя яйцами цепями к потолку головой вниз и пусть еще воск ебашит на глаза, попеременно еще чтоб током ебашило по мошонке и по соскам.

В дополнении поставили слишком много мест, где может случиться анальный пролапс от расстановки противников (особенно в шахтах).
Сделать вход в ДЛЦ только пройдя 9 главу, конечно, решение тоже конторы оптимистов. Пускай оно сюжетно более менее объяснено, но всё же. Кому не похуй?
Во всём остальном, конечно, мне понравилось.
Абсолютно всё оружие полезное, мемное и очень сильное. Fable Arts к ним прилагающиеся ещё лучше;
Саундтрек хорош, как всегда;
Кат-сцены лютая синема;
Локацие хорошо выглядят и сделаны, всё очень вкусно (кроме шахты);
Новый эффект неплох, еще не исследованная земля, так сказать, потому что есть только 1 оружие с этим эффектом, и то это с базовой игры, в длц почему-то не было ничего, даже на оружие намазать лёд нельзя;
Очень много новых супер охуенных предметов и CONSUMABLES, некоторые, правда, выглядят, будто должны были быть еще с релиза, но ничего страшного;
Новые руки не распробовал, но кидание лезвий и дробовик, опять же, мемные и полезные;
Дизайн шикарный, как и в базовой игре;
Новые костюмчики, шапки, очки, маски и пиратский патч - все супер, 4 из них это фансервис, по всей видимости для тех кому братство понравилось (где есть 1 сестра);
Единственная просадка по фпс была рядом с колесом обозрения, во всем остальном - как обычно отличная оптимизация, пускай и на анриле всё;
Все босс-файты потрясающие, кроме шмары в садах в конце зоопарка - это была какая-то ужасная каша дерьма будто бы из ПЕРДЕНО СРЫГАЛОВО (ELDEN RING), а это очень плохо;
Ощущения слегка смешанные, но в целом ДЛЦ отличное. Со сложностью не надо было ничего делать, блять.
Если будет что-то ещё - обязательно ждём, особенно вторую часть.

I do think the DLC is quite good. It's more Lies of P, so if you like the base game, I think there's a good chance you will like the DLC.
I was taking my time, doing every side story I could, trying to find secrets... and it took me 7 hours. That was first-trying every boss though, and only dying very rarely in levels. If you die a lot, it could take you longer, but if you speed through it, I'm guessing you could finish the main story in under 5 hours.
Is that worth half the price of the base game? If we're comparing value, then definitely not. If we're comparing this to DLC in other games, Shadow of the Erdtree is more expensive, but has way more content. Code Vein's season pass is a little cheaper, but has way less content. Personally, I was fine with this, but the price is fairly steep. If I hadn't enjoyed the DLC as much as I did, I definitely would've felt scammed content-wise.
Speaking of content, there are several new (and fantastic) bosses, several new (and fantastic) weapons, several new (and fantastic) characters, some cool new legions arms, and a bunch of levels to explore.
The DLC's quality is a bit higher than the base game in my opinion, but it shares the same issues (also the same strengths). Don't expect any major improvements, but do expect the same great storytelling. I was worried a "prequel" would be pretty boring, but it wasn't boring at all. You go back in time and can affect certain things in the present (nothing major though). It was really interesting.
There are things I think they could've done better though. I had controller issues every time I launched the game, and it was pretty annoying getting my controller to work. There aren't nearly enough upgrade materials, and I couldn't really use a few of the new weapons because of this. I personally had a perfect save to start the DLC, but I understand that it could be pretty annoying having to progress through the base game again if you went on to NG+ or lost your save.
One criticism I'm seeing is that the DLC is too difficult... but that's the one thing they did address. They added two easier difficulty options. If you're tired of getting 1-2 shot, just swallow your pride and turn down the difficulty. If you're the "git gud" type, then you do you, but don't leave a negative review because you think it's too hard. Maybe the balance is bad, but again, there's a solution. I thought the balance was atrocious in Shadow of the Erdtree, and the solution there was to run around collecting Scadutree fragments for an hour. Here, you just need to change a setting in the menu, which you can do at any time.
So... in conclusion, ignoring the price, this DLC is fantastic. If you look at the price, then it's a more tentative recommend from me.

On a serious note, the base game is the best time I've had playing a souls like game and NEOWIZ gave us more of what was in the base game. If you enjoy what you had you will enjoy this, with some exceptions.
Now I've finished the DLC at the time of this edit lets add more details on what you're getting with the DLC. Before you buy keep in mind that while it involves time travel, this is a prelude to the story of the base game. Lower your exceptions. Like, to the floor. SPOILERS AHEAD!

What you get:
- New Mobs (old mobs get reused as well)
- New Weapons (the elemental weapons were all great and the final weapon is super flashy)
- New Amulets
- New Locations
- New NPCs
- New Perspectives on Story Beats
- Team up boss fights
- Great final boss (way better buildup than Manus)
Everything so far is on par with what you have already seen in the base game in terms of quality.
General Map Traversal:
Any section that had a "throwing" mob has felt obnoxious to be in (the monkeys, the ice guns/snowballs, the rock miners). It doesn't help that it seems to me there are "too many" mobs in any given area so it feels likes you're getting ganked quite often.
Bosses:
If you thought this game had a problem with the camera obscuring boss attack patterns the DLC won't be changing your mind. The first and third boss are bad at this.
- The first boss is a duo fight and most of the time you won't be seeing the puppet as you deal with the main boss but at least it's well telegraphed that you're about to get attacked (even if you don't know which type it'll be coming in at you from out of view). Easy enough fight though.
- The second boss gives you the option to tag team it with a NPC and I couldn't pass this up. Because of the tag team it's been the easiest so far but also it's a standard 1v1 otherwise if you don't call for assistance and the move set was straight forward. No nonsense no bs boss.
- The third boss has been the worst offender of the camera issue so far. Comparable to the Swamp Monster if I'm honest.
- The final boss is another optional tag team fight and it's a hell of a fight. Perfection Grindstone for the second phase was my crutch won't even lie. The location is great. The boss itself is a nice reveal and something that I didn't know I wanted until it became obvious where the story was leading. (the hints are there throughout)
Story:
When you add anything "time travel/time lines" related you either hit it out of the park or more often than not leave people unsatisfied. I was left unsatisfied with what P's intervention in the past actually did for the current timeline. Since it's a prelude, your entire quest to save Romeo amounts to nothing at the end.
