Very sad to see this end :<
Lanque’s route is one of the funniest(and most terminally online) routes and I loved it. It’s quite mean-spirited in parts but I cackled at so many points, I think this one is especially VERY fitting for a finale of the entire Visual Novel and I think it’s one of the best. I can see people getting mad at how the writer needs to log off but all the jokes landed on me, I also liked her other route, Marvus, which was very controversial(despite also being one of the best routes!) so obviously if you disliked that one probably not for you. 3 of the best endings in THE ENTIRE VN in this one route. Thank you so much V for your work.
Barzum and Baizli are also pretty good. I think it’s less fitting of an ending to the full VN but I enjoyed it. It feels more adventure-gamey (but still clearly a VN) than most routes with the haunted house and puzzles and while I do appreciate the variety I think I would have preferred a more typical route of getting to know the twins as I do like them. I found some of the prose a bit stiff and the ending slide glitched out on me multiple times so I didn’t even know I got the good ending. This is especially a shame cause a lot of the art was wonderful on this route.
