This DLC adds a lot of really fun and weird towns to the game. I don't know that they're optimized or competitive or whatever, but this is primarily a singleplayer game, and being able to play as weird fungi or egyptian mummies or whatever is fun, and seeing gonzo factions show up as enemies is neat too.
Definitely worth it to me.
