If the dlc doesn't launch for you, try installing the 64 bit version using this guide: https://steamcommunity.com/app/265930/discussions/1/540737958376578520/
it doesn't launch because the game is 32bit so it can't access enough ram (typically 3-4GB). Getting the 64bit ver allows the game to use more ram (typically 6-8GB)
