The 30 something cars included in the car pass were largely underwhelming, I only cared to drive a couple of them while the rest sit in my "garage". It seems unlikely that any more cars will be added to car pass in the future, but they are sure adding more separate DLC to the game, making this feel to me to be more of a large car pack than a pass.
