Story is worth a skip. Would recommend since Girl Laharl has great Evilities and Raspberyl can speed up the grind.
Girl Laharl - I personally used Hasty Rush for grinding until I was strong enough. Also has Hyperfocus for a huge damage boost.
Raspberyl - Innocent educator: Innocent growth rate +10% and Finish Line Lover: Increase item level rank while going through item world.
Usalia - Nothing special.
