I love the killer and the concept of his kit, being able to mori people while on death hook is an amazing thing, although they need to be tormented which isn't the easiest thing to do, it's still a much needed change that I would love to see them put on ALL killers.
However, I do NOT recommend him just yet, take this from your average killer main's perspective on the current state that he is in. His main power is a ranged trench that he launches forward that can go through walls, sounds awesome right? Well, the survivors have a solid second and a half to dodge the attack rendering it mostly useless, and if you miss then the survivors will have a HUGE lead of distance from you, being that the recovery time on the attack is horrendous.
His one and only saving grace comes from his secondary power where he drags his sword into the ground and creates trenches. Any survivors that walk into the trenches gains the "torment" status effect. While tormented they are allowed to be sent to the cage, which is a basically a hook that you don't have to pick them up and put them onto, it's much faster and the best part is that it bypasses Decisive Strike and Unbreakable AND Borrowed time! It's amazing finally having counters to those incredibly strong perks. The bad news is, who knows how long it will be like this, if you go onto the forums, survivor mains are screaming at the devs to rework pyramid head because they see this as too strong. His one thing that makes him even GOOD is being targeted for nerfs.
As a killer main I think he needs SOME buffs, I think that the speed that he launches the trenches forwards needs to be faster, as well as the recovery needs to be faster. I also feel that if you hit them with the trench they should be tormented, as the only way to get them to be tormented is to rely on the survivors making mistakes. Thank you for coming to my TedTalk.
