I absolutely love this game, it has been one of my favorites since I played 2 summers ago. Since I love it so much this DLC was a must buy. I love supporting this game and the Dev team behind it. I will start out with the positives first, It's a nice crossover, and it introduces new tech into the game, this game loves having different gameplay styles in the form of mini games, It definitely fits. The DLC was also decently fun and integrates nice with the rest of the game.
Now onto the negatives, in short this DLC is not worth the money. 1 it's a limited time release, why? It's a really scummy business tactic especially for PAID DLC. The Godzilla DLC pack was also a limited time release, I thought it was weird but the DLC was free so not a big deal. 2nd issue, It only has around 1.5 hours of content, probably even less if you aren't doing other quests on your runs as well. Even though the content given is fun it is not worth $6.99. It should probably be around $2.00 max.
It really felt like they justified the price because the other DLC's were free. If anything the Dredge DLC should have been $6.99 and this be free.
TLDR; In my opinion It's not worth the price, It's too short for the cost. Only buy this if you are big fan of Dave the Diver or if it's on sale.
