Similar to the US Civ, I also got this Civ for free by playing the event where you had to unlock the Mexican states in order daily by playing matches with certain conditions.
Fun and hilarious Civ when you can revolt at any age but than revert back to normal because why not?
Hands down, the special event when unlocking Mexico and the United States Civs for free was the BEST event this game has ever witnessed! Too bad too many people took part and resulted in poor sales which halted development in the game as fewer people bought the other civs moving forward.
