I love it already, it's basically a Blade Runner version of Townscaper.
Style and overall vibe/design is straight on point. It's already really well made with a lot of attention to detail, ticks all the boxes of your favourite cyber city and works like a charm. And the music brings it all together.
Nonetheless, here is a list of improvements I'd love to see in the future:
-please don't force us to unlock everything again, I for example wanted more traffic in my second city and now have to figure out which building unlocks it
- more control over colours, for example the red/blue glowing buildings, let us give them our own colour, would diversify the buildings a lot!
- more buildings on the different categories, but yeah, that's a no brainer for sure
- different maps with other sceneries
-the option to turn off lens dirt completely
-different fonts for the signs, would diversify the signs a lot and fit the universe even better
- let us change the size of the assets in general, not just the height of the buildings, but the overall size of the buildings (with scaling windows perhaps, so they stay the same size and fit the rest) and expecially the size of the decorations. I love the antennas, but some are a little too big and it would diversify the possibilites of adding detail without everything looking the same
-ultimately, a simple hover car to fly through the city would be the pinnacle
- a little more control over the screenshots, for example to export them as .png or to control the .jpg quality
- and of course, mod support! this will make the game immortal for all eternity
I do understand some of these will be very difficult to develop and I don't expect you to, some of these are somewhat utopian for a niche title, but I will play and recommend this game nonetheless, have two cool new screenshots already, I am very happy!
(yeah, I just discovered the roadmap and now I'm even happier, I'm so looking forward to these updates)
