So this game is getting a sequel?? Perfect time for a review.
This game is a lot of fun with friends. After a while, you learn the maps that are loaded into the game so your matches will literally just be faster. If you ever get tired of the maps in the game, you can just use the steam workshop to grab some new maps anyway.
I found it quite fun to grind maps to learn them and to learn the mechanics. While I'm not the best, it's still fun to show off how fast you CAN go on a map that you practiced for a while. With that being said, the few people who do play this game online are nuts. Online lobbies kind of just stomp you, even if you put time into a specific map, they just know everything that you don't. Skill diff I guess.
I easily recommend this game. Just a lot of fun to be had with your friends and even some fun to be had learning the game for yourself. It's pretty cheap too so that just makes it an easier buy. Hopefully the 2nd game stays pretty true to the formula, which made the game fun in the first place.
