I buy the game for the pet aesthetics, but i dont like the fact my Dogs/cats keep trying to kill themselves..... every time im mowing (using the gardening DLC) they always try to run in front of the Lawnmower or the Strimmer and the game keeps trying to Judge me for trying to cut up my animals even though they are the ones running up to me. and this is when they arnt even set to follow me, and if i make them Stay they essentially Starve they need to make it so if they are set to "stay" they can at least look after their needs by at least going to the foodbowls and after they are done they just stay next to their bowls and when they are in free roam, they stay in free roam, i like that they go after the player, but mine go after the player contently, they need more free will because atm theres no point of having the "follow" button
Also if you get a bird, rat, hamster, turtle, lizard, guinea pigs and spiders you cant actually interact with them... you can only put food in the bowls and watch them, you can only interact with the bunnies, cats and dogs, and you cant even do a lot with them, would be good if they implemented the ability to teach them tricks of something, i like that the dog helps you, but thats the only part of the game thats useful on the Flipping side of the game and theyll only do it if its a big dog (like a labrador or a huskey for example) but if you choose a small dog or get a small dog at the start they are useless

Limited pet options
They have multiple different Listed breeds for cats and dogs
but the rest you get only one breed but in different colours, so if you want a Gecko your looking at the wrong game, Iguanas only!! (they only come in like 3 colours and only between 1-3 spawn at a time so if you got like 3 yellow ones, you have to close the game, open it again until you get the colour Variants you want, want a snake! you can have one breed! idk what breed they are! but they are listed as egg eating snakes, So.. NO PYTHONS!! so the cage for them are small still
Only animal that has a lot of colours is birds, but no breeds are listed so you gotta keep resetting the game until you find the Variant you like, but still you cant play with them.. only fill their foodbowl, and will note All caged animals! not including rabbits, dont have Needs, so you dont have to remember to feed them

I just want the ability to do something with my animals, because atm 90% of them have the same need as a painting does
Ill recommend if people want to play it, and have a cat that looks like their real cat follow them as they work, but im gonna say no for now just because theres not much you can do with the animals at this point
